I made Tardis earrings as another gift for someone. Download the file here.
I downloaded this file from thingiverse and printed it at a quarter scale to make small enough dinosaurs. I broke off the loops that printed on the dinosaurs backs, filed down the rough parts, drilled a hole in the center and added small eye screws. My sister is going to love these!
I also made a cute dinosaur Christmas card on shutterfly to match (original photo found on Google) :]
A while back I was going through some old things and came upon an old box for holding keys. I decided I wanted to refinish the front with this awesome giraffe picture I found online and store some necklaces inside.
I tweaked the picture in Photoshop to make the colors more similar to the color of the box since I didn’t want to repaint the entire box (though I am still debating on it).
I used Mod Podge to glue the picture onto the box then put 2 more coats over top the picture.
My mom saw these rock beads I was trying to sell and asked me to make a necklace for her instead. The rock beads by themselves were not enough so I ventured out of the city to try to find something to match. I found the same colored rock beads in a flat oval shape on a strand with little round beads and a huge flat round bead to use as the pendant. I figured gold would look better with these rocks than silver so I found some gold rondelles to match.
I finished the necklace and mailed it off to my mom and she absolutely loves it! The day I called her to see if she got it, she was already wearing it :]
